Cap & Career Chronicles is an Educated Girls Rock podcast that highlights the real journeys of women—from graduation caps to thriving careers. Through authentic conversations, we share stories of education, career growth, self-love, family, relationships, and purpose to inspire the next generation.

As we gear up for launch and growth, we’re looking for passionate volunteers who want to support a purpose-driven podcast and gain hands-on experience.

🎧 Podcast Production Support

• Assist with episode coordination and scheduling
• Help organize content outlines and guest prep
• Support recording days (virtual )

✂️ Audio/Video Editing Assistant

• Edit podcast audio or video clips
• Create short clips for social media (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Add intros/outros and basic branding

📱 Social Media & Promotion

• Help promote episodes before and after release
• Write captions and schedule posts
• Engage with the Educated Girls Rock community online

🤝 Guest Relations & Outreach

• Assist with guest communication and follow-ups
• Help onboard guests and collect bios/photos
• Track upcoming and past episodes
