    Description

    The Donor Research Volunteer supports the Fund Development team by collecting, verifying, and organizing donor data. Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date records strengthens fundraising efforts so the Red Cross can deliver help and hope when it is needed most.

    Maintain Accuracy: Update donor records and contact details in Salesforce to ensure information is current and reliable.

    Dig Into Details: Use donor portals to research and confirm donor information for accuracy and completeness.

    Organize & Streamline: Conduct data cleanup projects to streamline records and improve system efficiency.

    Tech-Confident: You’re comfortable navigating tools like Salesforce or similar systems.

    Detail-Oriented: You catch the small things that make a big difference and keep information accurate.

    Organized & Efficient: You manage data and juggle multiple tasks with ease.
