    Description

    The Program Development Volunteer supports the design, refinement, and long-term sustainability of Harmony With U’s youth programming. This role focuses on building structured, mission-aligned activities that promote consistency, mentorship, and creative engagement for underserved youth. Rather than leading events directly, this volunteer works behind the scenes to ensure that each program is intentional, impactful, and scalable.
