BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organisation and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of BluShues' strategic plans.
- Work closely with senior leadership to establish long term organisational goals.
- Identify opportunities for organisational growth and innovation.
- Monitor strategic initiatives and evaluate organisational performance.
- Develop systems that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate strategic planning meetings and implementation reviews.
- Conduct research to support organisational decision making.
- Prepare strategic reports and recommendations for leadership.
- Foster collaboration across departments.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Competencies:
- Degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Project Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline preferred but not required.
- Experience in organisational planning is preferred.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to analyse data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Knowledge of nonprofit operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
