    Outreach & Brand Partnership Coordinator (Grassroots Social Enterprise)

    Kollective Kandor is a community-driven, one-stop creative house and social enterprise based in Los Angeles. Our mission is to bridge the gap of access and opportunity for underserved creators of color by providing full production infrastructure (crew, cast, gear, and strategy). We focus on creating sustainable economic empowerment through high-end branded content, short films, and cinematic marketing campaigns, ensuring that the dollar circulates directly back into our community.

    With our cast and crew rosters fully secured, we are seeking a passionate, self-driven Outreach & Brand Partnership Coordinator to join our grassroots team. This is a highly collaborative, "For the People, By the People" playground perfect for talent managers, agents, or natural communicators who want their sales and relationship-building skills to drive tangible community impact.

    In this role, you will be the bridge connecting local businesses, brands, universities, and corporate entities to our high-end production capabilities and long-term retainer packages.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and connect with community-driven businesses, brands, and organizations that align with our mission.
    • Present and pitch Kollective Kandor’s production services, creative solutions, and monthly retainer packages to prospective B2B clients.
    • Help build and manage our grassroots business development pipeline.
    • Collaborate directly with the Executive Producer to align incoming brand needs with our creative infrastructure.

    Qualifications:

    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
    • Experience or strong interest in sales, outreach, brand sponsorships, talent management, or creative agency operations.
    • A strong alignment with our mission of economic empowerment and community-driven storytelling.
    • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, grassroots team environment.

    Compensation & Value Exchange:

    While this is a grassroots volunteer position aimed at building our ecosystem from the ground up, this role carries a direct commission structure. You will earn a highly competitive percentage on every production package or long-term retainer contract you successfully secure. This is an opportunity to generate real revenue while directly positioning local creators for long-term success.
