    Responsibilities

    - Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision and operations strategy

    - Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning

    - Design, build, and deploy the systems our nonprofit needs

    - Ensure the varied efforts and work-products from our Teams all align for singular impact.

    - Lead a team growing beyond 100ppl, manage a team of around 10ppl.

    Preferred Qualifications

    - 3y Managing teams of five or more

    - 2y Volunteer management

    - Experience building at least two systems which are still in use that span departments

    - Sense of ownership over your Reports' personal and career growth
