Description
The Pickney Foundation is seeking a Systems Integration Fellow for a 6–8 week, project-based engagement.
This role is for someone who enjoys systems thinking, light automation, and documentation—not general admin work.
What you’ll work on:
- Map how our current tools work together (Google Workspace, Asana, Forms, Sheets)
- Build simple, clean integrations using existing platforms
- Reduce manual processes through thoughtful automation
- Document workflows and create clear SOPs
- Train internal leadership (COO + Systems Coordinator) so the system is sustainable after handoff
Structure:
- Reports directly to the Founder during the build phase
- Clear scope, clear deliverables, fixed timeline
- Ownership transitions to internal leadership at project completion
Great fit for:
- Students or early-career professionals in ops, systems, analytics, or tech-adjacent roles
- Career-switchers building a real operations portfolio
- Anyone who enjoys explaining systems clearly and training others
What you’ll gain:
- Resume-worthy systems project
- Portfolio documentation
- LinkedIn recommendation
- Priority consideration for future paid ops roles as funding becomes available
