The seemingly simple act of giving a ride to a senior living near you can make a huge difference in the life. To be a volunteer driver with Sound Generations Volunteer Transportation program is to positively impact lives.

Using their own vehicles (mileage reimbursement is available), volunteer drivers help older adults maintain their independence by taking them to necessary medical appointments. Clients are enormously grateful for their improved access to medical care, meaningful interactions with caring volunteers, and increased peace of mind. The role of volunteer driver is very FLEXIBLE - you choose how often you want to give rides, what day and time and to where.
