About Us
LoopRoots Foundation and LoopTroop Inc. are part of a growing social-impact network dedicated to reconnecting and empowering families impacted by incarceration. Through technology, transportation, housing, and wellness programs, we help individuals rebuild stability and community after release.
Our mission is to break cycles of disconnection by creating equitable access to resources — from rides and reentry housing to job pathways, therapy, and family reunification.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Reentry Support Program Manager to lead and develop the Loop Reentry Support Program under LoopRoots Foundation.

The ideal candidate is an empathetic leader with strong coordination, community outreach, and program design skills who thrives in mission-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Loop Reentry Support Program, including design, outreach, and service partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams (LoopHousing, LoopLegal, LoopTalk, and LoopJobs) to deliver integrated reentry services.

- Create intake, referral, and tracking systems for participants using Zoho or similar platforms.
- Monitor program impact and prepare progress reports for leadership and funders.

- Represent the program at meetings, events, and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and community partners.
- Proficiency with Zoho, Google Workspace, or similar project management tools.
- Passion for social justice and creating equitable opportunities for returning citizens.
