Volunteers will help prep and package meals for our homebound seniors and kids meal programs. No prior kitchen experience necessary!

The Feeding South Florida® 5,000 square foot Community Kitchen is a state-of-the-art multi-purpose culinary facility in Boynton Beach, where meals are produced and delivered to individuals in our service area.
This volunteer opportunities are open to all volunteers regardless of kitchen experience. Volunteers assist with the prepping, cooking and packaging of meals. Volunteers must be 16 and older to volunteer in the Community kitchen.
Kitchen dress code: Volunteers must wear long pants (ankle length), a shirt with sleeves (no tank tops or sleeveless shirts) and closed toed shoes.
Aprons, gloves, and hairnets are provided for all volunteers. You can bring your own cap. Please remember, no dangly jewelry. Only plain wedding bands and medical bracelets are allowed. Also, beverages, cellphone use, or bags are permitted in this workspace. Long hair must be pulled back and completely wrapped up, braided, or in a bun.
The Community Kitchen provides much needed meals to the community in Palm Beach County and relies on volunteer support. Your service and support are much appreciated.
