    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    Role Summary:The Project Management Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across the organization. This role is suited for someone with prior project management experience who understands how to keep tasks, timelines, and people aligned without constant supervision.

    The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, someone who can track progress, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure that projects move forward smoothly. This role goes beyond administrative support and requires an understanding of project workflows, priorities, and accountability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the planning and execution of projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables across teams
    • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met, following up with team members where necessary
    • Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and reports
    • Assist in organizing project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documenting key takeaways
    • Identify potential delays or challenges and escalate them appropriately
    • Ensure clear communication between stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned on priorities and updates
    • Support the development and improvement of project workflows and processes
    • Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager or leadership team

    Qualifications

    • Background in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Proven experience supporting or managing projects in a professional setting
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
    • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with remote teams
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
