    Description

WinWinLabs is redefining how the American workforce levels up to solve world problems. We operate an AI-powered platform that develops talent through high-impact projects and assembles teams to collaborate with the public and the private sectors.

We are looking for a Market Research Volunteer to help us fuel this engine. You will research industry needs and "project-owner" pain points, ensuring our talent ecosystem stays ahead of the curve. If you want to gain experience at the intersection of AI, social impact, and workforce development, we want to hear from you.

    What You'll Do:

    • Conduct market research: Assist our clients in understanding their target audience, identifying market trends, and evaluating the effectiveness of their programs. This may involve surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis.
    • Contribute to impactful projects: Work directly with our team and inspiring organizations to help them improve their programs, increase their impact, and achieve their mission.
    • Share your expertise: Regularly write engaging blog posts about market research best practices, trends, and insights for our online community.

    What We Offer:

    • Valuable experience: Gain hands-on experience in market research and contribute to meaningful social impact projects.
    • Skill development: Enhance your research, analytical, and writing skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
    • Networking opportunities: Connect with other passionate individuals and organizations working towards a better world.
    • Employment opportunities: This volunteer opportunity could turn into a paid position based on your volunteer performance.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Strong analytical and research skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS)
    • Passion for social impact and a desire to contribute to the nonprofit sector
    • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

    To Apply:

Please submit in the comments a link to your Linkedin profile and also tell us why you would be a great fit for this position.

We look forward to hearing from you!
