    Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated Program Coordinator to lead our after-school enrichment program for middle school students, where we are focusing on their social-emotional development.

    Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Program Leadership: Manage the daily operations of the after-school enrichment program.

    • Curriculum & Activities: Design, implement, and lead fun, engaging, and interactive activities focused on supporting students' social-emotional development.

    • Student Management: Maintain a structured, safe, and positive learning environment. The coordinator must be able to balance an energetic approach with firm, consistent discipline to ensure high expectations are met.

    • Staff Oversight: Supervise program aides or volunteers.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience working with children

    • Strong leadership, organizational, and behavior management skills.

    • A blend of high energy and the ability to be stern and consistent when managing student behavior.

    • Ability to work independently without constant management oversight
