    Ajkun Ballet Theatre is seeking Production Wardrobe Assistants (Volunteer) to support costume, wardrobe, and backstage theater production during rehearsals and live ballet performances.

    Ideal for candidates interested in costume design, fashion, wardrobe, theater production, backstage work, live performance, dance production, and styling.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Costume load-in / load-out / wardrobe setup
    • Steaming, ironing, presetting costumes backstage
    • Quick changes (fast-paced backstage performance environment)
    • Sewing, costume repair, alterations (minor)
    • Wardrobe organization, costume tracking, labeling, inventory
    • Dressing dancers, costume fitting, styling, adjustments
    • Supporting stage management, backstage coordination, production workflow
