Description
Love golf? Use your swing to make a difference. The Alzheimer’s Association is looking for passionate golfers to serve as Volunteer Leaders for Do What You Love to End ALZ™, our signature fundraising campaign that empowers people to turn their favorite activities into powerful tools for change.
As a Golf Volunteer Leader, you’ll rally your golf community to start fundraising events and support the mission to end Alzheimer’s and all other dementia.
Whether you’re a club member, tournament organizer, or weekend golfer, this is your chance to lead with purpose and grow the movement through the game you love.
Your Role Will Include:
- Recruiting golfers, golf clubs, and leagues to start fundraising events
- Coaching participants on how to plan, promote, and fundraise for their tournaments
- Hosting recruitment events or golf outings to engage new supporters
- Connecting with local golf courses, pro shops, and equipment brands for sponsorships
- Tabling at tournaments, giving presentations, and attending golf expos or networking events
- Sending follow-ups, writing thank-you notes, and celebrating fundraising milestones
- Representing the Alzheimer’s Association mission with passion and professionalism
We’ll provide all the training and resources you need—you bring your love for golf and your drive to make a difference.
