Do you want to prep our food pantry in Fullerton on Tuesday, Oct 6?

Do you want to make a significant impact on our neighbors in need by stocking the food pantry for the afternoon distribution! We serve about 80 households each day Monday through Thursday.

Come help put food on the shelves for our neighbors in need!

This volunteer shift is on Tuesday, Oct 6 from 9:00AM-12:00PM.

Volunteers need to be able to lift at least 25 lbs, be able to navigate our scheduling software (SignUpGenius), complete ServSafe Certification for food pantries, and wear closed toed shoes.

Due to the physical requirements, we allow teens aged 17 and older & adults to volunteer for this opportunity. Minors aged 17 can volunteer w/out a parent if the parent signs the volunteer waiver.

Tasks include unloading deliveries of food, checking expiration dates, stocking shelves and refrigerators and freezers, breaking down boxes, cleaning the work area, putting up the line stanchions and canopies, and other tasks related to the food bank.

You will then be contacted to complete the sign-up process. Please do not show up at the food pantry until you have completed the initial phone registration & training.
