The ITS P Foundation Advisory Board is searching for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic about our mission and possess the skills and experience to contribute to our strategic direction and growth.

You are a great fit if you:

• Have a strong commitment to ITS P Foundation's mission.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field such as business, finance, law, or non-profit management.
• Are a strategic thinker with a collaborative leadership style.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are a self-motivated individual with a proactive approach.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.

What You Will Do:

As a Board Member, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of It's P Foundation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing Strategic Guidance: Contribute to the organization's long-term vision and strategic planning.
• Governance and Oversight: Ensure the organization adheres to sound legal and ethical practices, and oversee the fiscal health of It's P Foundation.
• Active Participation: Attend regular board meetings, actively participate in committee work, and stay informed about organizational activities.
• Fundraising: Contribute to fundraising efforts through event participation, soliciting donations, and engaging your professional network.
• Community Outreach: Represent It's P Foundation as an ambassador, fostering partnerships with community organizations and promoting the organization's mission.

Time Commitment:

• Board Members serve a one-year term with the option of renewal.
• The time commitment is estimated at 5-10 hours per month, including board meetings, committee work, fundraising events, and strategic planning sessions.
