Gala Evening Volunteers: USEK Annual Fundraising Gala (Sept 25, NYC)

Join us for a beautiful evening with purpose! The Holy Spirit University Foundation (HSUF) is hosting its Annual Fundraising Gala on Friday, September 25, 2026, at the New York Athletic Club (180 Central Park South) — an elegant evening supporting scholarships for students at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) in Lebanon.

We're looking for 10 enthusiastic volunteers to help make the night run smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (assigned based on your preference):

• Guest registration and check-in
• Welcoming and assisting guests
• Supporting the evening's program (stage assistance, live appeal support)
• Light setup of materials before doors open

TIME COMMITMENT:

One evening — Friday, September 25, approximately 4:30 PM to 11:30 PM. A short briefing call the week before.

WHAT YOU GET:

• An evening alongside accomplished professionals and leaders of the Lebanese-American community — a genuine networking opportunity for young professionals

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Friendly, reliable young adults (18+) comfortable welcoming guests. No experience needed — we'll brief you on everything. Business/formal attire for the evening (it's a gala!). Lebanese heritage not required — just heart.
