Description
This is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. Volunteer time approximately 2.5 hours.
In our housing and shelter programs, Catholic Charities provides warm beds, hot meals and essential resources to tackle affordable housing challenges and to provide long-term solutions.
Catholic Charities Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation Saint Paul Opportunity Center is an integrated one-stop location connecting adults to critical daytime services to improve their health, income, housing stability, and overall well-being. Services are provided in partnership with community organizations, including Ramsey County, Minnesota Community Care, veteran services, mental health care providers, and more.
- Volunteers are needed to help serve meals (and help with cleanup) while providing a warm greeting to guests and support for staff.
- All participants must be at least 14 years old, and anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by an accompanied adult. Contact volunteer@cctwincities.org to obtain a waiver at least three days in advance.
- You will receive on the job training by staff and no special skills are required.
- Located in downtown St Paul, we have a parking lot available and code access is required to enter.
