Description
We are seeking a developer to support the design and implementation of a legal intake and case management system.
The goal is to build a streamlined workflow that helps organize client intake, structure case data, and support document management and workflow automation for litigation and legal support operations.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Building or customizing intake forms and workflow systems
- Developing case management or CRM-style tools
- Automating data capture, tagging, and routing of intake information
- Integrating tools for document storage and organization
- Supporting lightweight internal dashboards for case tracking
Ideal experience:
- Experience with web applications, workflow tools, or CRM systems
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable, or similar)
- Ability to build simple, scalable systems for non-technical users
- Experience with legal tech or operations tools is a plus but not required
