    Description

    Teaching foreign languages (English/ German) (Long term Program)

    Teaching children and adolescents in the Rising International Bilingual School, Bertoua.

    Teaching foreign languages is an ongoing program to attract children and youth to informally learn and gain new experiences with the support of local and international volunteers.

    Are you interested in teaching foreign languages such as:

    • German
    • English

    Would you like to use your language skills to make children's languages classes a playful yet educational one?

    Apply learned teaching principles to real-life situations. As well build confidence in your teaching skills through teaching children aged 3 – 12, as well as adults.

    Obtain exposure to varied classroom situations and diverse learning and cultural contexts and support communities in either Cameroon, while gaining valuable teaching experience.

    Directions

    Airport Pickup at Yaounde Airport

    A Hope Foundation staff member will pick up volunteers directly from the airport in Yaundé. From there, it is about a 6 hour journey to Bertoua.
