    Position Overview

    We are seeking a volunteer Swag Designer to conceptualize and create branded merchandise that aligns with Momivate’s mission and visual identity. This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about meaningful design, enjoys collaborative work, and wants to contribute to a cause that uplifts mothers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design a variety of branded items (e.g., apparel, mugs, stickers, tote bags) for events, volunteer appreciation, fundraising, and community engagement
    • Ensure all designs align with Momivate’s brand guidelines, tone, and values
    • Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to develop seasonal or campaign-specific merchandise
    • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors or platforms for production and fulfillment
    • Stay informed about trends in nonprofit merchandise and suggest creative, mission-aligned ideas

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar platforms
    • Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling
    • Ability to translate abstract concepts (e.g., empowerment, grace, unity) into tangible design elements
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Experience with print production or merchandise design is a plus

    Time Commitment & Expectations

    • Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to leadership duties and outreach.
    • Communicate proactively if circumstances impact your ability to fulfill responsibilities.
