    Who We Are

At Creshendo, we believe everyone deserves the chance to belong, rebuild, and rise. In partnership with displaced communities, we co-create solutions by listening deeply, collaborating intentionally, and centering lived experience.

Driven by integrity, empathy, and curiosity, we design bold, inclusive programs that reimagine what's possible for displaced communities. If you're passionate about challenging the status quo and driving meaningful change, you'll feel right at home here.

    Why This Role Matters

Co-creation only creates impact when it becomes part of everyday practice.

This role will help Creshendo embed community participation, feedback, and lived-experience leadership throughout the organization by developing practical frameworks, tools, and systems that teams can consistently use.

Your work will strengthen how we listen, learn, and partner with the communities we serve.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Co-Creation Systems

    • Develop practical frameworks for implementing co-creation across teams
    • Build tools, templates, and implementation guides
    • Establish standards and best practices for meaningful community participation

    Organizational Learning

    • Design organizational feedback and learning systems
    • Document lessons learned and recommend continuous improvements
    • Help ensure community insights inform future programs and organizational decisions

    Cross-Team Collaboration

    • Human-Centered Design
    • Community Engagement
    • Design Thinking
    • Organizational Development
    • Social Innovation
    • Participatory Research
    • Nonprofit Leadership

    You are also:

    • Passionate about community-led approaches
    • A systems thinker who enjoys building practical processes
    • Comfortable working collaboratively across teams
    • Curious, reflective, and committed to continuous learning

    Nice to Have

    • Experience facilitating community engagement
    • Experience designing participatory programs or organizational systems
    • Knowledge of refugee, migrant, or community development work

    What You'll Gain

    By joining Creshendo, you'll:

    • Help shape one of the organization's core operating principles
    • Build systems that strengthen meaningful community participation
    • Collaborate with an international, mission-driven team
    • Gain experience in organizational development and social innovation
    • Contribute to programs that support migrants and refugees around the world

    How We Work

We operate with a G.Y.S.T. mindset: clarity over chaos, consistency over perfection, and action over ego.

We believe the strongest organizations are built by listening well, learning continuously, and creating with—not for—the communities they serve.

    Time Commitment & Structure
