    Volunteer Master of Ceremonies (MC)

    STEM Mentoring Program 10th Anniversary Celebration

    We're seeking an engaging, confident, and enthusiastic Volunteer Master of Ceremonies (MC) to help host our STEM Mentoring Program's 10th Anniversary Celebration. As the face and voice of the event, you'll help create an exciting and welcoming atmosphere while guiding attendees through the program and keeping the event running smoothly.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Welcome guests and introduce the event
    • Introduce speakers, presenters, performers, and special guests
    • Keep the program on schedule and announce transitions between activities
    • Engage the audience with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm
    • Share key event announcements and recognize sponsors, volunteers, and partners
    • Collaborate with event organizers before and during the event to ensure a seamless experience
    • Help create a positive and memorable celebration for all attendees

    We're looking for volunteers who are:

    • Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences
    • Friendly, charismatic, and professional
    • Excellent communicators with clear speaking and presentation skills
    • Organized, adaptable, and able to think on their feet
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow the event agenda
    • Experienced in public speaking, hosting events, or emceeing (preferred but not required)
