Election Greeter Volunteers - Lenexa City Center

Friendly volunteers are needed to help with wayfinding in the branches during Johnson County Library's early voting for the November election. Volunteers will be in the branches after the library has closed with just the Johnson County Election volunteers.

Please note that this is not a stipend position. Additionally, Kansas law prohibits advocating for or against a candidate or question on the ballot, including materials that clearly identify a candidate in the election, within 250 feet of any voting location during the hours that voting takes place. Materials covered by the law can include (but are not limited to) clothing, hats, pins, signs, and car bumper stickers, and the prohibition applies to everyone within the 250-foot radius.
