    Position Summary:

    The Canadian Institute of Medicine and Scientific Research (CIMSR), operating under 17395612 CANADA INC., is seeking a highly qualified executive Secretary to support the Office of the President in managing our elite medical and scientific advisory frameworks. This is a prestigious, non-monetary volunteer role designed for a dual administrative and academic leader who will oversee the coordination of our expert consulting panels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage institutional correspondence, documentation, and the administrative workflow of the advisory council.
    • Coordinate schedule alignment and operational workflows for our clinical and scientific panels.
    • Maintain precise records of executive meetings, panel assignments, and institutional credentials.
    • Work directly alongside the Office of the President to scale internal infrastructure and support healthcare initiatives.

    Strict Eligibility Requirements:

    Academic Credentials: Must hold an MD (Doctor of Medicine) or a PhD in a relevant scientific field.

    Citizenship: Must be a Canadian Citizen.

    Residency: Must currently reside in Canada.

    Primary Responsibility: Managing internal scheduling, coordinating master calendars, maintaining institutional documentation, and supporting project team communications.

    Operational Security Protocol: Formal corporate registration records must remain strictly restricted from volunteers to mitigate compliance risks.

    Designated Intake Channels: All applicant onboarding and administrative integration must be routed through HR@cimsr.ca and volunteersteam@cimsr.ca.
