    Description

    Position Overview

    Bedrock Health Group is seeking a Fundraising and Development Coordinator to support the organization’s fundraising, donor engagement, and development efforts. This role will assist with strengthening Bedrock’s ability to secure resources, build community support, identify funding opportunities, and advance mission-driven growth.

    The selected volunteer will help support development planning, donor outreach preparation, grant opportunity research, fundraising coordination, and partnership-building efforts that contribute to the organization’s long-term sustainability. This is a strong opportunity for someone seeking hands-on experience in nonprofit fundraising, development operations, donor relations, and organizational growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support Bedrock Health Group’s fundraising and development activities
    • Assist with donor prospect research, sponsorship opportunities, and partnership outreach preparation
    • Help identify grant opportunities, philanthropic prospects, and community funding sources
    • Support development of fundraising campaigns, giving initiatives, and donor communication materials
    • Assist with drafting outreach emails, sponsorship materials, and funding support content
    • Help organize donor pipelines, fundraising trackers, and development records
    • Support donor stewardship efforts through thank-you messaging and follow-up preparation
    • Research funding trends, healthcare philanthropy opportunities, and strategic partnership options
    • Assist with fundraising event planning or virtual campaign support when needed
    • Support internal organization of fundraising files, templates, and development resources

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Interest in fundraising, nonprofit development, grants, business development, public health, or community impact
    • Strong written communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and follow direction
    • Professional, organized, and relationship-oriented mindset
    • Familiarity with spreadsheets, CRM tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or donor systems is helpful but not required
    • Desire to contribute to a growing mission-driven organization

    Additional Information

    This is an unpaid volunteer role supporting Bedrock Health Group’s internal fundraising and development operations.
