Description
Secretary is a voting member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors as well as the Steering Committee
Board of Directors
- Maintain and update Board of Directors Handbook
- Track and update pertinent and legal documents in:
- Online filing system
- Hard copy in safe deposit box (People’s National Bank in Port Jefferson)
- Attends all meetings
- Advise board members of upcoming meeting dates
- Record and distribute minutes of meetings
- Draft agenda for upcoming meetings
- President will advise Secretary for agenda items
Steering Committee
- Secretary attends all meetings
- Record and distribute minutes of meetings
- Notify leaders of upcoming meeting dates
