Help Build the Future with Kasa Foundation

Kasa Foundation is a youth-led nonprofit expanding access to STEM education, Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital literacy, robotics, innovation, and leadership opportunities for underserved children and youth. We believe that talent is universal, but opportunity is not, and we are building programs that equip the next generation with the knowledge and skills to thrive in an increasingly technology-driven world.

We are seeking a passionate Volunteer Development & Partnerships Associate to help strengthen Kasa Foundation's fundraising and partnership efforts. This volunteer leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying funding opportunities, and contributing to the growth of a mission-driven organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research grant opportunities, corporate giving programs, and philanthropic foundations.
    • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with companies, educational institutions, nonprofits, and community organizations.
    • Assist with preparing grant proposals, partnership pitches, and sponsorship materials.
    • Maintain and organize a pipeline of prospective funders and partners.
    • Support donor engagement and stewardship activities.
    • Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to advance Kasa Foundation's fundraising strategy.
    • Represent Kasa Foundation professionally in communications with prospective partners.

    Qualifications

    • Experience or strong interest in fundraising, business development, partnerships, grant research, communications, or nonprofit development.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and research abilities.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote international team.
    • Passion for education, STEM, Artificial Intelligence, youth development, and expanding opportunity for underserved communities.

    What You'll Gain

    • The opportunity to help build a growing international nonprofit from an early stage.
    • Meaningful leadership experience in nonprofit development and strategic partnerships.
    • Collaboration with passionate volunteers and professionals from around the world.
    • Professional references based on contributions and performance.
    • The satisfaction of contributing to programs that expand educational opportunity for underserved children and youth.

If you are excited about using your skills to help build sustainable partnerships that expand access to education and opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
