Volunteer with Rescue Dogs at Our Saturday Adoption Event — Encinitas

Spend your Saturday helping rescued dogs from Mexico meet their future families at Tragic to Magic’s weekly Encinitas adoption event.

Volunteers help set up and break down, walk and comfort dogs, keep water bowls filled, tidy kennels and play areas, and talk with visitors about the dogs’ personalities. No professional animal experience is required—just kindness, reliability, comfort around dogs, and a willingness to follow the onsite team’s handling instructions.

Volunteer hours are Saturdays from 10:15 AM to 4:00 PM. You are welcome to help for the full event or whatever portion fits your schedule. The public adoption event runs from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
