    Record official meeting minutes at monthly board sessions. Promptly distribute agendas and notices to members. Maintain corporate archives, bylaws, and founding documents. Partner with the Chair to ensure governance compliance.

    The Board Secretary is a vital corporate officer role responsible for maintaining the organization's official records. You will ensure our board operations stay clear, compliant, and legally organized as we scale our financial literacy classes from the ground up.
