About the role

We are looking for a creative Videographer & Content Creator to bring LandSeed’s story to life through engaging visual content. This role is ideal for someone passionate about filming, editing, and producing videos that resonate with audiences and highlight meaningful community impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content showcasing LandSeed’s mission, programs, and community initiatives.
• Collaborate with the communications and leadership teams to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and production plans.
• Conduct on-site filming, including interviews, events, and community engagement activities.
• Edit videos for multiple platforms, including social media, website, presentations, and events.
• Ensure consistent brand storytelling and visual style across all content.
• Engage with the audience through creative and shareable content ideas.
• Stay current with video trends, editing tools, and storytelling techniques to keep content fresh and impactful.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, video production, or content creation.
• Proficiency in filming and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to convey messages visually.
• Experience creating content for multiple platforms, including social media and websites.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Passion for social impact, community storytelling, or non-profit initiatives.
• Open to starting as a volunteer, with a pathway to a paid role as the organization grows.
