    Job Posting: Campaign Operations Coordinator – Kim Thomas for Governor

    Location: Michigan (Remote) Commitment: Full-Time / High-Availability Part-Time

    The Mission: We are seeking a high-functioning, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to serve as the "glue" of the campaign. You will be the central hub for logistics, scheduling, and administrative efficiency, ensuring the candidate and the core team can focus on winning.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Candidate Scheduling: Manage the master calendar, vet meeting requests, and protect the candidate’s time ruthlessly.
    • Logistics & Travel: Coordinate itineraries, travel arrangements, and event "advance" details.
    • Administrative Backbone: Manage campaign correspondence, maintain internal databases, and handle document organization.
    • Operational Support: Oversee vendor relationships, manage supplies, and process basic financial reports/expenses.
    • First Point of Contact: Act as the professional face of the campaign for general inquiries and new volunteer onboarding.

    Requirements:

    • Elite organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and digital communication platforms.
    • High level of discretion and a professional demeanor.
    • A "no-task-too-small" attitude combined with strategic thinking.
