    Description

We invite you to judge at the Maryland FBLA State Leadership Conference.

The State Leadership Conference provides a competitive event program for high school students from across the state of Maryland. The top winners in each event qualify to compete at the National Leadership Conference.

Our competitive event program relies on the assistance of adult volunteers to judge our competitions. Competitions include speeches, presentations, and role-plays. You do not need to be an expert to help. We provide event guidelines and an evaluation sheet.

The feedback you can provide our student members is invaluable. They work very hard on their competitive events and appreciate the experience of presenting to adults with real-life business experience.

This event will take place at the Ocean City Convention Center, March 11-13, 2026
