    Description

Help Build the Future of a Growing Nonprofit

Cornerstone Family Resource Center (CFRC) is seeking an experienced, mission-driven volunteer to help lead our fundraising and resource development efforts.

This is not a traditional fundraising volunteer position.

We're looking for someone who wants to help build the systems that will sustain and grow our organization for years to come.

You'll work directly with the Executive Director while using modern AI tools to streamline research, planning, and communications. No AI experience is required—we'll provide training.

    What You'll Do

    • Research grant opportunities
    • Coordinate grant submissions
    • Develop fundraising campaigns
    • Build relationships with corporate and community partners
    • Assist with sponsorship development
    • Coordinate donor stewardship activities
    • Maintain fundraising calendars and tracking systems
    • Help develop long-term resource development strategies

    Ideal Background

We're especially interested in retired or semi-retired professionals with experience in:

    • Business Leadership
    • Nonprofit Management
    • Sales
    • Marketing
    • Banking
    • Project Management
    • Education
    • Community Leadership

    What We Offer

    • Flexible schedule
    • Hybrid or remote opportunities
    • AI training and support
    • Direct collaboration with the Executive Director
    • Meaningful leadership experience
    • Opportunity to create lasting community impact

Help us build the resources that strengthen lives through Faith, Family, Education, and Employment.
