How to Volunteer for This Opportunity
Past Celebrity supporters of ExPosure events include Grammy Winner Mya, Keyshia Cole, and Hall of Fame Football player Patrick Willis. The ExPosure Bullying Prevention Event was created to give youth a safe, visible, and empowering platform to address bullying, violence, isolation, depression, discrimination, and identity-based harm through art, fashion, music, culture, leadership, and community connection.
PARTI believes many young people who experience bullying often feel unseen, unheard, unsupported, or disconnected from positive opportunities and trusted mentors. ExPosure was designed to change that by creating spaces where youth can feel valued, celebrated, creative, and connected to caring adults, peer leaders, schools, businesses, and community partners.
The event uses youth-led performances, fashion, storytelling, creative expression, leadership opportunities, and community engagement to:
- Promote belonging, inclusion, and emotional wellness
- Elevate youth voice and leadership
- Build safer and more inclusive school climates
- Connect youth to mentorship, internships, and workforce opportunities
- Encourage positive identity, confidence, and resilience
- Create cross-cultural understanding and community unity
- Reduce isolation and behaviors connected to violence, bullying, and hopelessness
PARTI’s long-term goal is to grow ExPosure into a nationally recognized youth-led bullying prevention and wellness movement that reaches schools and communities across California and the West Coast through:
- Bullying Prevention Toolkits in schools
- Youth ambassador and internship programs
- Regional trainings and conferences
- Corporate and community volunteer engagement
- Creative healing and wellness programming
- School partnerships and leadership clubs
- Digital campaigns such as #1000YouthVoices
- Workforce readiness and leadership pipelines for youth
The vision for the future is to help create a generation of youth who feel safe, supported, connected, empowered, and prepared to lead positive change in their schools, workplaces, and communities.
