5k Race Volunteers Needed - Community Service Opportunity

We are proud to introduce our inaugural Race Series to the Washington, DC community, an exciting celebration of movement, purpose, and impact. This event is more than just a run; it is a powerful step toward cultivating hope and creating a brighter future for our neighbors facing homelessness, HIV, and hunger. Every stride taken and every dollar raised will directly support the expansion of our youth and young adult programs, ensuring that those most in need have access to critical resources, care, and opportunity.

At Momentum! Health, we are building toward a bold vision: by 2030, we will be a leading Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), delivering free, accessible virtual care to underserved communities. This Race Series is a meaningful part of that journey, we invite you to be a part of it.

Join Our Volunteer Team

We are calling on passionate, community-driven individuals to help bring this event to life. Volunteers are the heartbeat of our Race Series, and your support will make a lasting difference.

As a Race Series volunteer, you will:

• Receive official community service hours through an IRS-recognized nonprofit organization
• Enjoy exclusive Race Day swag
• Be provided with a complimentary meal during your shift
• Play a vital role in supporting a cause that uplifts and empowers vulnerable communities

Volunteer Commitment:

• Two (2) separate days
• Approximately four (4) hours per day

Whether you're assisting with registration, supporting runners along the course, or helping with event setup and coordination, your time and energy will directly contribute to a mission that changes lives.
