    About Us:

    Beneath and Beyond is a nonprofit committed to advancing educational equity for underserved and minority high school students through early intervention, mentorship, advocacy, and support. Our work centers around amplifying student voice and addressing systemic barriers within schools.

    Position Summary:

    The Intervention Lead will oversee and support the logistics and tracking systems behind our mentorship and early-intervention programs. You will work closely with mentors and team leads to ensure students are consistently supported, feedback is collected, and workshops run smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Track student progress and engagement across programs

    • Organize curriculum and workshop logistics (dates, materials, attendance, reminders)

    • Monitor and manage communication (emails, updates, scheduling)

    • Hold virtual "office hours" to answer volunteer/mentor questions

    • Support data collection (surveys, forms, notes) for program impact assessment

    • Collaborate with other leads to address student or mentor concerns

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Strong organizational and communication skills

    • Experience with spreadsheets, shared docs, or project tracking tools

    • Comfortable managing logistics and communicating clearly via email

    • Passionate about educational equity and supporting youth

    • Open to college students, graduates, those in a gap year, or pursuing graduate school.
