Description
Teenage boys in foster care often lack consistent, positive male role models. Through mentoring, you can provide guidance, stability, and encouragement during a critical time in their lives.
We are seeking compassionate, reliable male-identifying volunteers to mentor young men ages 14–23. Mentors build supportive relationships, help youth develop life skills, and offer a consistent presence they can count on.
What you’ll do:
- Meet regularly with your mentee (schedule is flexible)
- Offer guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear
- Support personal growth and goal-setting
What we provide:
- Comprehensive pre-service training
- Ongoing staff support and check-ins
- A community of fellow mentors
No prior mentoring experience is required—just a willingness to show up, listen, and build a positive connection.
Your time can make a meaningful, lasting difference.
