    Description

    November 13–15, 2026 | Palm Beach County, Florida

    Young Men of Distinction (YMOD) is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers to help make our 4th Annual YMOD Takeover Weekend an impactful experience for youth, families, mentors, and community members.

    The YMOD Takeover Weekend is a three-day celebration of mentorship, leadership, brotherhood, youth empowerment, community engagement, and personal development.

    Weekend Events

    Friday, November 13 – Beats & Brotherhood Festival

    An evening designed to bring the community together through music, fellowship, networking, and positive engagement.

    Saturday, November 14 – SURGE Youth Summit

    An interactive youth development experience featuring workshops, speakers, activities, and conversations designed to equip young people with tools for leadership, personal growth, and future success.

    Sunday, November 15 – The Takeover

    The signature event of the weekend, bringing youth and adult men together for an inspiring experience centered on mentorship, leadership, brotherhood, and “Passing the Torch” to the next generation.

    Volunteer Opportunities

    Volunteers may assist with event setup and breakdown, registration and check-in, greeting and directing guests, youth engagement, workshop support, food and refreshment distribution, speaker and VIP assistance, event logistics, crowd flow, photography/social media support, and general event operations.

    We are looking for volunteers who are dependable, positive, professional, youth-centered, and ready to serve. Volunteers may participate for one event, one day, or throughout the entire weekend based on availability.

    This is an excellent opportunity for individuals, college students, community organizations, businesses, mentoring groups, and service organizations seeking to give back while supporting the development of the next generation.
