Registration Volunteers for Hero Games 2026 Cornhole Tournament

Join us for Hero Games 2026, a charity cornhole tournament hosted by Suncoast NPI – Oldsmar, presented by Calello Plumbing, and benefiting Hero To A Child!

We are looking for friendly, outgoing volunteers to help at the registration and check-in table as players and guests arrive. Volunteers will greet attendees, help players check in and get registered to play, answer basic event questions, and help us kick off the tournament with a welcoming and organized experience.

Date: Saturday, October 3, 2026

Volunteer Time: 10:30 AM–11:45 AM

Location: Pop Stansell Park, Oldsmar, FL

Important: Volunteers must be at the registration table and ready for a brief training at 10:30 AM. Check-in officially begins at 11:00 AM, but we expect some guests to begin arriving as early as 10:45 AM, so arriving on time and being ready to go at 10:30 is essential.

This is an outdoor event and may be busy and loud. Registration volunteers should be friendly and comfortable interacting with the public, able to speak clearly in a crowd, and able to stand for much of the volunteer shift.
