We’re Building — And It Needs to Ship

    The Donovan’s Venom is growing.

    Games.

    Platforms.

    Experiences.

    But without execution—

    nothing reaches the user.

We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of technical projects across our creative and technology teams.

    Because ideas don’t create impact.

    Execution does.

    The Role

This role is responsible for driving the delivery of engineering and product initiatives across the organization.

You will manage timelines, coordinate developers and creatives, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and at quality.

You are not just tracking tasks.

You are ensuring products get built and delivered.

This role operates at the intersection of engineering, product, and creative teams, ensuring alignment and execution across all phases of development.

      • Ensure clarity and accountability

    Product Delivery Alignment

      • Ensure development aligns with:
      • Product goals
      • User needs
      • Organizational priorities
      • Support successful product launches

    Risk & Issue Management

      • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies

      • Escalate when necessary

    Stakeholder Communication

      • Provide updates on:
      • Progress
      • Risks
      • Timelines
      • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

    Quality & Delivery Standards
