    Description

    Be an advocate for someone with disabilities

    Serve as a legally appointed guardian of the person for an incompetent adult with disabilities. Act in their best interest as an advocate and substitute decision maker.

    Make a vital difference by making 6 visits per year and phone contact during the other months

    Make contact with service providers and family members

    Make decisions when needed such as living arrangements, medical care, and pre need funeral arrangements
