    Description

    ServiceSource is asking for your help! CARE Mobile, our mobile program that works with older adults and adults with disabilities, is seeking passionate and enthusiastic volunteers to help facilitate low-intensity strength exercise sessions for adults living in a community setting. This role requires your help in showcasing a low-intensity exercise routine to the participants; exercising alongside participants and encouraging them along; and breaking down equipments at the conclusion of the event.
