Role Summary:

As a Volunteer YouTube Lead, you will support GFS’s digital outreach and awareness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and reach on the organization's YouTube channel.
• Create and upload videos, including planning, filming, and editing.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop and implement content and advertising campaigns.
• Moderating comments and responding to inquiries.
• Analyze performance metrics, such as views, likes, and subscriptions, and use them to inform and optimize future strategies.
• Attend meetings, events, and other functions as needed to represent the organization and advance YouTube goals.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience managing YouTube channels preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of social media best practices and metrics.
• Experience with YouTube's advertising platform and analytics.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
