    Description

Hospice of Central Pa has recently partnered with Pet Peace of mind® to help patients in caring for their animals. Pet Peace of Mind® is a national program designed to help hospice and palliative care patients keep their pets at home, ensuring their well-being during the end-of-life journey. The goal is to eliminate patients’ anxiety about their pets’ care, providing volunteer support for pet care, food, and veterinary needs, while arranging for pet placement if necessary. Join our team in providing amazing care to our patients and their animals! Please reach out if interested! We look forward to having you on our team!

Hospice of Central Pa serves Dauphin, Perry, Cumberland, and other surrounding counties. Our Mission is to provide personalized, compassionate care and support for patients and families coping with serious illness through the end of life.
