    Description

    AdventHealth Hospice serves patients in Volusia and Flagler counties. We are looking for veterans who would like to serve with other veterans. We participate in the We Honor Veterans program and are looking for more veterans to help us with this special task. We pair veteran volunteers with veteran patients to allow them to connect on a different level with someone who is familiar with the military. We provide pinning ceremonies and participate in community Veteran events. If you are a veteran and have a passion for serving with other veterans we would love to have you.

    Volunteer duties are based on your availability and scheduled when works best for you. Opportunities are available during the week, evenings and weekends. All volunteers must complete training and background checks. All onboarding requirements are provided free of charge.
