Community Doulas ensures that anyone who wants a doula has access to one, regardless of their ability to pay. We provide compassionate birth and postpartum support to families from diverse backgrounds, and we train and mentor new doulas to grow an inclusive birth community.

We are seeking volunteers to support our fundraising efforts and organizational projects. No experience in birth work is required — just a genuine alignment with our mission and a commitment to health equity.

What you'll do:

• Support grant research and donor outreach
• Help plan and execute fundraising events
• Assist with organizational projects as needed

Technical skills in areas like writing, communications, finance, or event planning are always welcome, but the most important qualification is a willingness to show up and help.
