Male Volunteers Needed

We're looking for male adults to serve as mentors to youth in the community. We have over 200 youth on a waitlist, and 85% are boys waiting for a mentor.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass & Metrowest creates matches based on shared life experiences, interests, and location.

Meetings are self-scheduled. As a Big, you'll meet with your Little 2–4 times a month for activities that can include attending a sporting event, going on a hike or a walk, cooking a meal, working on homework, and so much more.

Our professional staff is here to help you find your match and support you every step of the way.

Our mentors are caring adults who want to make a difference in their community. They come from different life paths, with skills and experiences that can inspire and transform a child's life. Youth who are mentored have higher positive outcomes in academics, professional opportunities, and mental health. We believe in a future built on mentoring, and look forward to meeting community members ready for the opportunity!
