    Description

    Foster a Rescue Dog and Save a Life — Vista

    Open your home and change a rescue dog’s life! Tragic to Magic is seeking caring foster families in Vista and nearby communities for dogs rescued from the streets and shelters of Mexico.

    Fostering gives a dog the safe, loving home environment they need while they wait for adoption. We match each foster with a dog that fits their household and experience. A minimum two-week commitment is requested; longer stays are especially helpful whenever possible.

    Tragic to Magic holds adoption events every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Petco Encinitas and Petco Oceanside. These events provide a convenient place to pick up your foster dog and, whenever you are available, bring them to meet potential adopters. We understand that schedules vary and will work with you to make fostering as manageable and rewarding as possible.

    No professional animal-care experience is required—just a safe home, patience, reliability, and a willingness to communicate with our team. Click “I Want to Help” to tell us about your household and the type of dog you may be able to foster.
